thoughts from a future registered dietitian

Shout out to these inspiring women, groups and businesses supporting my decision to pursue a career in dietetics!

Miss Molly’s Cafe
A few days per week, I can be found prepping fresh ingredients, sauces, dips and assembling dinner kits at Miss Molly’s Cafe. I starting working at Miss Molly’s as a line cook while in school, and that’s where I honed my cooking skills (under the talented head chef, Cassie). All the women who work there are rock stars and truly masters of their craft. Huge thanks to Molly and Cassie for giving me the opportunity to work in a kitchen in the first place! Take a look at their seasonal menu and decadent desserts:

Simple Eats MKE
Being a part of the Simple Eats MKE staff reignited my passion for quality produce and simple recipes! I loved working with Krysta (business owner and boss lady), and greatly admire her ambition, adaptability and tenacity. She’s a wizard in the kitchen with her creative use of herbs and spices! During my time with Simple Eats MKE I enhanced my meal prep, cooking and catering abilities, and witnessed the business grow into what it is today. I can’t wait to see what’s next for Simple Eats MKE! Check out her blog and weekly meal prep menu:

Lean In MKE
This group has helped shape me into the woman I am today. I’m forever grateful for their unconditional love and encouragement. XOXO.
